GPSS Senate Meetings – Open to All Graduate Students: As a graduate student enrolled at Virginia Tech, you're automatically a member of the Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS) — and that means you're welcome to attend any of our Senate Meetings throughout the academic year. These meetings aren't just for senators!

When & Where: Senate meetings are held every Thursday from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. Meetings are held in person in the GLC Multipurpose Room and virtually over Zoom by registering in advance. You may join the Zoom session as early as 5:00 PM, but the official meeting will not begin until 5:30 PM.

Submit a Discussion Topic: Have something you'd like brought to the Senate? Send your topic to gpss-exec-board-g@vt.edu at least two weeks before the meeting you'd like it included in.
